3 YOGA POSES YOUR HEART WILL THANK YOU FOR

Opening your heart physically is also a way to open your heart emotionally. They work together hand in hand. Life is all about pheeling right!! Below are three yoga poses to help open your heart to the universe both physically and emotionally.
Camel Pose: Place knees hips width apart on the ground with the shins parallel to each other. Place hands on small of back and press hips forward as you reach the heart up and back. With great flexibility, you can grab onto the backs of heels, continuing to send the chest forward.
Sphynx Pose: Lie on your stomach with your legs extended behind you. Rotate your thighs inward. Place elbows next to your shoulders and forearms parallel to each other. On an inhale, lengthen through your tailbone as you lift your head and torso off the floor. Lightly draw your belly away from the floor, rounding it toward your low back. Hold for 5-10 breaths and then release. Repeat.
Bridge pose: Lay down on your back with your knees bent and feet hips width apart. Press your feet down to lift your hips. Inner thighs rotate down toward the ground. Glutes are tight. Climb onto tops of shoulders and lace fingers underneath you, or place a block under the sacrum for a more restorative shape.
