Bananas, avocados, honey, and eggs are not only good for your body and brain.....try this protein recipe on your hair!!

It strengthens as well as adding protein to your beautiful locks...and the effects are hair like silk and shiny, like a star in the midnight sky.

The recipe calls for:

1/2 banana

1/2 avocado

1 egg

1tbsp coconut oil

1tbsp oilive oil

1tbsp honey

1/4 cup water

Mix and  comb through damp hair .  Clip up hair , and cover with a shower cap.

Shampoo after 15 minutes and style !!
