Shipping/Returns

Not completely satisfied? We do have some options: We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with the original tags attached. Returns and exchanges are accepted within ten (10) days of receipt of your order. We are unable to accept returns on any sale items. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow three (3) weeks for the processing of your return. Returns will be credited back in the manner of the original form of payment, or a store credit. Exchanges will be processed upon receipt.

We guarantee our product to be free of manufacturing defects. We will accept any defective product for a return or exchange. In the event of a manufacturing defect, you can return the product within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. We exclusively reserve the right to determine if the product has a manufacturing defect.

To return item(s), please send an email to customerservice@pheel.com with your order number and a description of the items to be returned. A prepaid return authorization label will be emailed back to you. We offer this service only one with the same order.  If you decide to return your item(s) again, shipping fees are your responsibility.

All sales are final, except as expressly set forth in this agreement or otherwise determined by pheel in it’s sole discretion.

For overseas returns or exchanges, The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses.
